I was so happy when a friend asked if I would take photos of her 2 children! As every session has unique and different people and locations, I was excited to try some more indoor shots as well as take a few outside! The children were excited to try anything! The little girl was the perfect poser and really made my job easy, while her little brother on the other hand, was full of life and allowed me to capture true "moments"!

Hard•to•buy•for.

I know, they just seem to have it all.  And if they don't have it, they will get it for themselves!!  I have a couple of those to buy for myself this Christmas!!  LOL!  Just a thought... but how about a gift certificate for a personal photography session, or an amount that could be used towards the session and/or prints!  Defiantly a gift that just keeps giving!  A great idea for families, or even teenagers!  Drop me a line, momentsbyalli@mcsnet.ca for more info!

Life.

This session was very special to me. You see, the lady in the photos was my co-worker. She retired at the end of October and I miss her! Not only was i able to learn from her, I gained a friend! The last 2 1/2 years were so great, I am so glad that I was able to meet you and build a friendship... I hope you like your photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!

The Bond Between...

This was a session from back in September. I was asked by this beautiful woman to photograph her with her father. Just meeting them you could tell they had a special bond, which was simply admirable. I loved listening to the stories as we walked around the incredible ranch. I didn't even know such gorgeous country was right in our backyards...

Innocence

This beautiful baby boy was 8 days old, when I had the pleasure of photographing him. I love that I can capture and enjoy the sweet innocence of babies. When I look back to when my children were that young, it just seems like such a blur... the love was indescribable, but with that came exhaustion! Now that mine are older and I am able to photograph newborns, I can only enjoy the miracle.

Way too long!

Sorry it has been so long since i last posted... I am wrapping up my fall sessions and preparing for the next sessions! I'm also trying to undergo somewhat of a business makeover and am looking forward to it!

Fun Family Times

More fun with this family! Their little guys kept us on our toes and my finger on the shutter! Considering the wind... we did pretty good! You guys look great and I can't wait to get my Christmas card this year!

Anxiously awaiting...

I had the honor of photographing this beautiful woman during such an incredible time in her life! There really is nothing like the feeling of carrying your own child, feeling the growth and movement, waiting ever so patiently (cuz you have no other choice) to meet that new little creation! Wondering what he or she will look like...

I got to meet and photograph this family on the same day as the previous, 2 families in one! It was so much fun to do, and actually such a huge help! It was so great having the extra hand to help kids laugh! Thanks for everything!
